The Birjand Kolah Farangi Citadel, also known as Sarkar Citadel, is a historical landmark in Birjand, Iran, known for its unique hexagonal base and conical white top, resembling foreign headwear (hence the name "Kolah Farangi"). Constructed during the late Zand and early Qajar eras, it features a garden, stable, bathhouse, offices, and a reception hall. The citadel's architecture is distinct from other urban buildings, with a six-story structure, although only two are functional.
